dear problems like constipation may occur when the food habits ,daily activity levels ,stress or some other disease are not the healthy ones. for it to be managed you should eat well like ; eat warm meals, eat at regular times, eat only 2/3 of the capacity and also take warm water throughout the day,avoid cola -coffee etc as they hamper the digestion. Also avoid the hard digesting heavy meals like kidney beans, cheese ,too much of spicy foods. also do asnas like bhujangasana,pavan muktasana etc which will help with the natural elimination. also you may take medicine like constipation ayurvedic medicine,this contains medicine which will help solve the gas problems,improve the intestinal function as well
